The highly anticipated annual Valentine Tour of Homes is coming up, and tickets are on sale!

The 2020 tour, scheduled for February 15 & 16, 2020, is known for showcasing stunning interiors, architecturally acclaimed homes and picturesque settings bringing inspiration to tour goers’ winter weekend at the beach. Fall in love with some of South Walton’s most interesting homes while raising funds for the CAA’s Art For All program.

VALENTINE TOUR OF HOMES 2020
Valentine’s weekend typically means romantic dinners and flowers for most, but for South Walton residents and visitors alike, it also signals the highly anticipated annual Valentine Tour of Homes. The tour is known for showcasing stunning interiors, architecturally acclaimed homes and picturesque settings bringing inspiration to tour goers’ winter weekend at the beach. Fall in love with some of South Walton’s most interesting homes while raising funds for the CAA’s “Art For All” Program.

Tickets will also be available for purchase locally beginning Thursday, February 6 at Smith’s Antique’s in Destin, The Foster Gallery at Grand Boulevard Town Center in Miramar Beach, The Bayou Arts Center in Santa Rosa Beach, Sundog Books in Seaside, and The Hidden Lantern in Rosemary Beach. Enjoy early-bird pricing of $35 through January 15, 2020. Then, the price will increase to $40 January 16 – February 14. Tickets will be available at the door the weekend of the event for $45.

All tickets are valid for the entire weekend with one entry per house. Please note that as most of these homes are privates residencies, they cannot be guaranteed as ADA compliant. The CAA is committed to ensuring access for all to its programs, including for people with disabilities or limited mobility. Please notify the CAA office in advance for questions regarding access, and best efforts will be made for accommodations.

PLEASE NOTE: Online purchase receipts will need to be redeemed for a physical ticket at Home #1 on the tour. Event goers will receive an email the week of the event with detailed instructions.

Surprise Your Sweetie Or Treat Yourself To The Valentine Tour of Homes THIS Weekend!

This year's event, presented by Visit South Walton, will open the doors to eight gorgeously designed South Walton homes to participants Saturday, Feb.15 from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Sunday, Feb. 16 from 12 p.m. – 4 p.m.

Tickets are $40 in advance and $45 the days of the event, valid for the entire weekend with one entry per house. Tickets can be purchased online through the link above as well as locally at Smith’s Antiques in Destin, The Foster Gallery in Grand Boulevard Town Center, the Bayou Arts Center in Santa Rosa Beach, Sundog Books in Seaside, and the Hidden Lantern in Rosemary Beach. Tickets will also be available for purchase at each of the homes throughout the weekend.

New to the event this year, tour goers are asked to park at The Hub and take advantage of shuttle service to and from Houses #3 and #4. Shuttle service will be available from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Saturday and again on Sunday from 12 p.m. - 4 p.m. The shuttle stop will be marked and is located at the entrance closest to Mile Marker 15 Restaurant.

Before or after you grab the free shuttle to Homes 3 & 4, show your Tour Ticket to take advantage of *10% off * offered at The Hub’s Milemarker 15 Restaurant & Bar, Local Smoke BBQ and Mr. Freeze Ice Cream. *Discount only valid at participating locations and may not be combined with any other special offer.

At the end of the tour, all guests may submit their completed ticket stub for a chance to win two tickets to the 2021 Tour of Homes!!

**ONLINE TICKET PURCHASERS** Please bring your printed or digital ticket receipt (from your phone) to any of the homes. The ticket receipt will be scanned and redeemed for an official Tour ticket that will allow you one-time access into all of the homes throughout the weekend. If you do not have your ticket, do not worry; we will be able to search your name in the system.

NEED TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL TICKETS?
If you need to purchase additional tickets the weekend of the event, you may do so at any of the homes. Homes 1, 3, 5, 8 will take credit cards. Homes 2, 4, 6, 7 are cash or check only. Tickets are $45 on Saturday/Sunday.

PARKING
Please park in non-restricted areas and pay close attention to parking signage in each community. Do not park in or block driveways. The CAA will not be responsible for any parking fines or towing.

**FREE PARK SHUTTLES TO HOMES 3 & 4**
(Camp Creek Point homes)
Car access is extremely limited to the Camp Creek Point homes so the CAA will offer a complimentary shuttle from The Hub located at 7000 E. County Hwy. 30A. There is plenty of public parking at The Hub, including street parking in the residential area and across the street. The stop will be marked with signage and located at the entrance closest to Mile Marker 15 Restuarant.

You will receive a Tour Guide that includes some home information, a map, and all other Tour details.

ARTIST OF THE YEAR DOUG FOLTZ
We are thrilled to feature Visit South Walton's 2020 Artist of the Year Doug Foltz at this year's Tour of Homes. Doug will be exhibiting several of his pieces and painting live throughout the weekend in Home 7 (31 Lupine Road).

SHOE COVERS
All guests will be required to wear shoe covers while touring the homes. You may keep a pair with you throughout the tour, but please do not wear them unless you are inside the homes.
