We also have Brats slow cooked in beer and awesomeness!!!

And most importantly 59 Beers to choose from!!

I am not a football fan but I do love beer and brats!

Hubby is from WI. Their butcher made custom brats. They could pick any combo of beef, pork, and veal with choice of spices. He says that his favorite bratsother than that are at the train station in Frankfurt.

e buy the ones that Publix makes freshly. Good spice level. Better than johnsonville. We parboil them in beer too then grill them. Can' find brat buns in GA so we use Chicago rolls. Think we'll grill some too!

We use the same brats that Hofbrau Beer Garden in Pier Park uses...and they are delicious!!! We parboiled ours in Beer also and then are grilling them to order and topping them with a pepper slaw that we made!!

Makes good tropical storm foods, haha!!
