bonfires on the beach

Hi guys! We have a group coming down (11 adults) the first week of May. I thought about doing a bonfire on the beach one night - do I need any special permits, etc.? Can someone give me a breakdown on the rules?

You bet! So now we have a bonfire and Margarita Mix off Better keep the Ta-Kill-Ya away from the fire though
