Black flies Worst ever. Been visiting for decades. Came down Saturday. Here until Tues. Had some back up spray. Charlie has a new spray by the register (Modica) that worked pretty good for me this morning but so windy, had to leave. for that reason. Beautiful sunsets but the flies. Water was perfectly calm until today. Yellow flag. Today, red. We'll go to the pools after sitting near the water for a hour or so. Not very many people here. Next weekend is Seaside homecoming so pavilions and other areas are being repaired. Haven't driven past 395 yet, but my daughter thought those big long (obnoxious) banners were gone. Busy starting Saturday I guess. Atlanta fall break. We'll see how that goes for a couple of days to determine if we stay this weekend next year. It's Louisville's fall break so that's one reason we are here. Glad the hurricane(s) won't be hitting your area. Awful for those where it does hit. Ellen
