Let's come together as a community in support of moving beyond oil! We will watch short films, discuss how we can as individuals take steps in our lives to move beyond oil, and share food as a community of concerned citizens.
Lets move on to clean energy!
*This is a non-partisan event, please do not come with political affiliation. This is also intended to be an informative and fun event, NO Debbie Downers will be allowed!!

• We will show a 15 minute documentary on the Deep Horizon Oil Spill
• We will show a few small films made locally documenting the experiences of our local community and the effects of oil.
• We will have individual flags for sale for a $1 where you can write your name and a step that you will take to begin to move beyond oil. The flags will be on display along businesses on 30A showing your support for moving "beyond oil". Example:"I will ride my bike to work at least one day a week to move beyond oil"

Again, thought this would be a great opportunity for us to spend some time; among friends, fellow community members, over a good meal, and for a cause that is hitting way too close to home!
And PLEASE feel no pressure...those of you that have the time to prepare something from our general EAT LOCAL guidelines, we encourage you to do so, but seeing your face is most important - so bring what you can to be a part of this night!!
