i would recommend woodruff construction. ive gotten to know the owner well over the years and he's the most ethical and competant residential contractor ive known. he's well known in the area and has a great resume. please dont think im trying to sway you away from moss. i dont know them and dont want to take biz away from them. just providing helpful advice. good luck.

I haven't heard of Moss Construction, so I can't help you there.
But we had a house built in Seacrest last year, and would recommend our builder highly. It's an ICF house, and if you're going to build, I would only consider ICF, especially in Hurricane Alley. You'll save lots on insurance and energy bills, too.

Take a look at Ralph Gage Contracting. He has built houses in the area since 1995. His website is Gage Contracting - custom homes of distinction on Scenic 30-A. Great references.

I know Theo, their son. He's an upstanding little fellow. If anyone sees theo, tell him I said hey. He was on the cover of the beachcomber a few months back. How funny. And the rest of the family is really really nice. I'd say judging by their character alone, they are great people.
