Bare Your Sole Foods: Black Bean Tamales

Kimberly is making Black Bean Tamales this week. She is using black beans, bell peppers, and vidalia onions. They are really good. They are my favorite. We are taking orders for Friday delivery around noon this week. It is my birthday Friday so we are taking off Friday afternoon. Or we can have your order ready at the Seaside Farmer's Market on Saturday morning. The market has new hours 9-1 for the rest of 2009.

We will be out of town the following week so you better stock up.
