We are seeking a motivated and energetic Assistant Tennis Instructor to help with private tennis lessons in the South Walton area.
Requirements:
- Must be USTA Safe Play approved (current certification required - will assist in completing certification).
- Passion for creating a safe environment and working with players of all ages and skill levels.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, encouraging attitude.
- Ability to assist with lesson setup, on-court drills, and player development.
- Reliable transportation to courts in Freeport, Destin, Panama City Beach, and along 30A.
Responsibilities:
- Support the lead coach during private lessons.
- Provide individualized instruction and feedback to players.
- Substitute for lessons when the head coach is unavailable.
- Help foster a SAFE, fun, and competitive learning environment.
- Maintain professionalism and uphold USTA Safe Play standards.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Flexible schedule, primarily afternoons and weekends.
- Compensation based on experience and availability.
