Architect needed

looking for an architect to volunteer their services for the initial design sketch and proforma for the community center I am building. Payment would be made after escrow account is set up with investors. Have meeting with potential investor the end of June. The county and others are behind me on this, just need a little help??? Where's the building to be located? You may find local interest if an AIA is working nearby or the work can be close to their office.
