The county committed to FIX the problems, did they even start after all these years? NO !! The time had run and they filed because they had no choice on the last day to preserve their legal rights. The commissioners should have done what they said they would do and once again NOT wasted the county taxpayers money on attorney fees. I think the insurance on this is maxed out and once again it will be your money paying and then it will be your money spent to fix the original problem. Walton charged the developer 60,000 for creating the problem not the county will spend over when all law suits are over on this about 5 million dollars. Stupid is as stupid does.
