Dec. 3, 2011
11 a.m. & 1 p.m.
At the E.O. Wilson Biophilia Center, Freeport
Come and see Joe Wyatt’s presentation about snakes in the Florida Panhandle. Joe is the Naturalist at Hammock Bay in Freeport. He has more than 20 years of experience in the Natural Resources field. Joe has advised and worked for several different conservation organizations from Pensacola to Apalachicola.
Joe will be giving examples of how snakes play a role in the environment. He will teach about methods of recognizing different species of snakes (venomous vs. non-venomous). You never know, he may even bring a “friend” or two.
Don’t forget to visit the snakes and other animals in the Exhibit Hall.
Standard admission rates apply. Visit www.eowilsoncenter.org for more information or check our Facebook Page for daily updates.
