```Responsibilities```
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate and oversee office activities, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Manage phone systems and ensure professional phone etiquette is maintained
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Assist with file management, including organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files
- Support the maintenance team with various tasks as required
- Communicate seamlessly with technicians in the field and around the office
- Occasional pick up and delivery of material to job sites
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as an Administration Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Google Suite)
- Knowledge of maintenance, repair and/or plumbing industries is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Positive approach to problem solving
- Reliable transportation for site visits during working hours
- A go-getter attitude with the adaptability required to run a small business
