This house is in a great location on a cul-de-sac in a neighborhood with very few, if any, short-term rentals, which is a HUGE advantage. It has two upper bedrooms and two lower bedrooms, as well as a rec room downstairs for kids. The only drawback is that there is a large neighborhood just to the south, and they have not started building yet, but roads have been installed, and all the trees have been cleared (per usual), so there will be construction noise and dust for a few years. The location is great, but I had a dog and they said "no pets".
Beach access is Ed Walline, which is always very packed and with all the new construction in the area, and an already overcrowded beach.........You will have to drive to the state park for a day at the beach, but you can walk on the beach which is nice, and Shunk Gulley is right there so $16 for a cocktail and $8 for a beer isn't bad and then you can look at the beach. Still a good deal and great location.
