Job Description:
3rd Cup Coffee is currently hiring a full-time Barista to join our team! We’re looking for someone reliable, friendly, and passionate about coffee and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Restock supplies and assist with daily opening and closing duties
- Full-time position
- Hours vary between opening and closing shifts
- Opening shift begins at 6:30 AM
- Closing shift ends at 4:30 PM
- Shop hours (in season): 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Starting pay at $13/hour + tips
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work early mornings and flexible hours
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
