(1)Regular sized bedroom and regular closet. (1)Smaller scale bedroom with wardrobe closet included. Smaller scale bedroom also contains stacked laundry unit and furnace which is concealed. Home has a backyard with a new back deck being constructed within the next month. Home is located 3 homes north of 30A very close to Eastern Lake. Restaurants, cafe, grocery store, bike rental and more are located within 5 minute walk of this Home's front door. Home is on a quiet low traffic side street lined with beautiful trees. Beach is a 10 minute walk from front door. Seaside town center is a 15 minute bike ride away.
Rental fee is $2300/month plus utilities (water, electric, cable). Security deposit of $2300 will be required. Yard maintenance and trash pickup charges are covered by Home Owner. Pets are considered on a case by case basis and a one time $200 per pet/year cleaning fee will be required with security deposit if pet accepted.
