DeFuniak Springs, FL ? Sustained winds on the Choctawhatchee Bay bridge are over 40 mph, and the bridge will be closed at 1 pm . When the bridge is closed to traffic the evacuation route from south Walton County will be cut off.
It is expected that the winds will recede in a few hours and the bridge will reopen.
