YES, FREEEEEEEE!!!! NO Catch!
How cool is that! It is a new site started by a local - They are looking for people to place ads to sell things - everything from Art to Real Estate! You place the ad and it appears on the site for a month. (I am not sure what happens after that - you may have to renew it) Its not just for locals either! I saw some ads from Kentucky too....
go to www.30AMarketplace.com and check it out!

So are they the ones that are putting up those illegal snipe signs all over the road? Find it hard to support someone, even a local, that is trashing the county like that. Maybe code enforcement will write them a book of tickets and that will straighten them out.

I thought that need is why Kurt created the for sale forum???

Just a note: it seems wierd that someone has posted a home for sale in Crestview which is about 45 miles from 30A. I think downtown Panama City is even closer than Crestview.

Also, I think mentioning this other site on SoWal.com is about the same as going into another person's store to trying to steal its employees. Just my opinion.

I need to clarify something..... I have nothing to do with the website 30AMarketplace. I found out about it - and passed on some information to help people out.
