Hey friends, I’m hosting a nonprofit grief retreat from November 3rd to 8th in Blue Mountain Beach for 12 moms who’ve lost a child. This retreat is so much more than just a place to rest—it’s about finding a way forward after unimaginable loss. We focus on how grief impacts the body and nervous system, and teach essential tools for healing trauma and moving through grief with hope. My vision is to give these moms the support I wish I had when I lost my son—a safe space for healing, prayer, and connection with others who understand their pain.
