Friends..we will be renting a brand new 3 Bedroom/3 Bath in Miramar Beach behind Ascension Sacred Heart soon. I think it is about 1553 Square Feet, End Unit overlooking some nice trees ("premium lot"). UNFURNISHED and BRAND NEW. This is for long-term rental...pretty great location right by hospital, Grand Blvd, Miramar Beach, Destin etc! Rent to be disclosed when we chat but is around $3k per month.
Pics below are from the model home since our unit is not finished yet (will be done late next week).
All appliances will be included. I cannot recall whether the builder provides standard blinds so if not, we will have to install before move-in.
