Valentine’s weekend typically means romantic dinners and flowers for most, but for South Walton residents and visitors alike, it also signals the highly anticipated annual Valentine Tour of Homes. The two-day event offers a self-guided tour through some of South Walton’s most unique homes representing diverse architectural styles, beautiful interior design, historic significance and fine art collections.

Tickets are $40 in advance through Sunday, February 4 and increase to $50 beginning Monday, February 5 through the event weekend. To volunteer, visit culturalartsalliance.com/volunteer. Volunteers receive a complimentary event ticket.

All tickets are valid for the entire weekend with one entry per house. Please note that as most of these homes are privates residencies, they cannot be guaranteed as ADA compliant. The CAA is committed to ensuring access for all to its programs, including for people with disabilities or limited mobility. Valentine’s weekend typically means romantic dinners and flowers for most, but for Walton County residents and visitors alike, it also signals the highly anticipated annual Valentine Tour of Homes. The event is known for showcasing stunning interiors, architecturally acclaimed homes and picturesque settings bringing inspiration to tour goers’ winter weekend at the beach.

The 2024 event is scheduled for Saturday, February 10 and Sunday, February 11. Fall in love with some of Walton County’s most interesting homes while raising funds for the CAA’s Art For All program.

The Valentine Tour of Homes is a fundraiser for the Cultural Arts Alliance’s Art for All program, which provides much-needed funding for arts education initiatives in Walton County, including grants and scholarships for students, teachers, artists and arts organizations.

The rain or shine two-day event offers a self-guided tour through some of Walton County’s most unique homes representing diverse architectural styles, beautiful interior design, historic significance and fine art collections on Saturday, February 10 from 10 AM - 4 PM and Sunday, February 11 from 12 PM - 4 PM.

Please note that all homes on the Tour are private residences. Contact the CAA office in advance for questions regarding accessibility, and best efforts will be made for accommodations. 2024 Tour Home Addresses will be announced as we get closer to the event.

Tour Of Homes This Weekend​

The CAA is excited to once again produce the highly anticipated annual Tour of Homes scheduled for this Saturday, February 10 from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Sunday, February 11 from 12 p.m. - 4 p.m. The two day rain or shine event is known for providing a rare opportunity to enter some of Walton County’s most interesting spaces, showcasing stunning interiors, acclaimed architectural design and picturesque settings, which are sure to bring inspiration to tour goers’ winter beach weekend. This year’s tour features private homes located on Eastern Lake in Seagrove Beach and in historic Point Washington, along with three residences in the New Urbanist town of SEASIDE®. The Tour will also include new features this year, including The Court, Seaside’s luxury, boutique hotel and the newly opened Point Washington Medical Clinic (PWMC). Through its Art in Public Spaces program, the CAA has proudly partnered with PWMC to enhance the interior beauty of the 4,700 sq. ft. building with hand-painted murals, a collection of works from local artists as well as a sculpture in the meditation garden. Tour tickets are $50 and valid for the entire weekend with one entry per house. Tickets can be purchased in advance on the CAA’s website and will also be available for purchase at all of the locations throughout the weekend.
