In need of 6 to 12 month rental, preferably a house, but not limited to, in the Santa Rosa Beach area. My friend and I have lived in the area for over 20 years and currently live right off of 30A in Blue Mountain Beach. We would like to stay within 10 miles of the area. We work at the Blue Mtn. Industrial Park, as well as the Justin Gaffrey Gallery, so a home nearby is pertinent. Budget is set at $1,400. We are also able to complete any handy work that needs to be done at the home. Construction workers are easily available to us to aid in repairs. We work 5-7 days a week and are usually only to be home in the evenings.
