Good evening everyone!
I have been looking into some property in Santa Rosa Beach and noticed that some vacant lots have popped up along 16th avenue between the bay and gulf. Asking if any of you locals are familiar with the area and would recommend me looking at the properties in that location.

Old Town Santa Rosa is the location of the area's original settlement. Its a hodge podge and often dodgy. Also a lot of low land that floods. Buyer beware.

Area is low but the biggest headache is a lot of the underground work isn't done in that area
Make sure the lots have water / sewer/ electric / ect run where you can tap into them
