SVX Architects have been quietly working on the Emerald Coast for several years now and have built quite a portfolio of homes for discerning clients! These clients are now incredibly satisfied and enjoying their beautiful new spaces.
Originating in Atlanta, SVX Architects began working in Santa Rosa Beach in 2018 when asked to design a custom home in the exclusive community of Grace Point at Watersound. That home, ‘Sea Watch’, was a stand-out among others. It became a watershed project for many more custom homes in nearby neighborhoods such as Watersound, Camp Creek Lake, Carillon Beach, Seagrove and Destin.

The demand for their innovative design and planning services grew quickly and inspired them to open an office in Santa Rosa Beach to be closer to their clients and projects. This also better streamlined the design and construction process.
Who are SVX Architects?!
There’s that saying: how the teacher becomes the student and the student the teacher.
Meet Frank and Matt, Co-Founders who go way back to their first association as professor and student at Kennesaw State University.
At KSU, Frank brought his experience with renowned architects to create a new kind of design studio environment and led the Architecture program to achieve the highest possible National Accreditation in 1995. Matt was among a few fortunate students to learn under Frank’s direction. He later went on to build a career of his own with several design-build firms, where he managed projects throughout the nation.
Their collective resources and years of experience has developed into an extraordinarily dynamic resource for clients who are seeking that impeccable architectural solution.
