Potential health and safety issue
Edgewater has a potential health and definitely a safety issue with a drainage pond built on their property. I personally counted 2 snakes swimming in the pond/fountain/drainage ditch. It is a mosquito breeding paradise. Moreso the potential for a child to roll down the grade and into the mess...- Shelah
