Better Business Bureau question

I have recently had horrible service from the wedding company we used at the beach when we got married. I want to spread the word that the company is not the best to use. We had a wonderful wedding but they have now repeatedly lied to us about shipping our pictures . Does any one know which Better Business Bureau to contact for the Seagrove area?

Better Business Counsil Of The Emerald Coast 850-664-2515 This is the only listing, around.

I'll betcha, that if ya send the photo company this posting, it'll be resolved, pronto!:clap_1: Tell them that the sowaller's said, "UNACCEPTABLE"! This board has a HUGE following and they can't afford, to have this circling!

Like I said we had a great wedding, but it has now taken four months to get our proofs. We have been in a battle for the last 2 months with Emerald Beach Weddings to receive all of our proofs . Things have gotten pretty ugly with them basically accusing us of lying. The thing is I have copies of all the emails that proove they have been lying to us. We finally have all of our pictures on CD, however we are still due two enlargements. I really don't know if I will ever see those. I just don't want anyone else to go through the hassle I have been through over the last two months. It just isn't worth all of this stress; I just couldn't live without the pictures of my wedding.

My experience with the BBB has been frustrating too; seems like they just want to sell a membership. Word of mouth can kill a business, especially with postings on a board like this!
