Led by Chef James Sargent, Shaka's culinary team have created a menu using Gulf Coast favorites that feature sushi rolls, sashimi, and nigiri as well as ramen, poke bowls, and everything in between. Guests ordering one of Shaka’s Poke Bowls can choose between fresh tuna, octopus, yellowtail, shrimp, or salmon. Shaka also offers different types of saki, wine, and beer to go along with each entree.

When ordering your selections, you have the option to eat inside their small yet welcoming dining room, to sit at the sushi bar, dine outside in the comfortable courtyard area, or even take your meal to go. Just next door is Shaka's new Cocktail Bar, which offers a great spot to gather and enjoy daily Happy Hour features or dine for dinner.
